I seem to be having issues uploading my avatar. It uploads, shows my picture and then I'll hit the save button, but it doesn't change on my profile, and if I go to edit my profile again, the avatar is the question mark again.

Ugh - I thought I'd fixed that. I'll do some digging. Right now it looks like your avatar is actually STORED as the question mark - which is really cool because I'm not sure how that could even happen - the question mark is for accounts that don't have an avatar stored.

Ah, wait there we go.
It's a cache problem on the server. I believe I just fixed it. I was deleting the cache when you would upload an avatar, but if someone else (or your own browser) requested it before the upload finished, it would cache the question mark again. Now I'm forcefully placing the new avatar in the cache when you upload. That might just fix it.
Some browsers might still cache the image on that end though for up to two minutes, so you may have to hit refresh. Let me know if this happens.

It works, I did have to clear my cache and it updated.

okay so that happened to me to i accidentally uploaded the wrong avatar for my clan and now I can't change it for some reason and theresd also no way of deleting a clan.

True I don't have a way to delete a clan yet, but I think that's this week's most requested feature 
You can always change everything about a clan profile to turn it into a different clan - name, URL, etc. I should have delete as an option soon.
On the avatar thing - still working on this - and I think I have a solution, but it's going to take a bit of time to get the code written. I need to track every time an avatar is changed so I can inform the browser of the last modified time.
In the meantime, after you've updated an avatar, if it doesn't match what's showing on the screen hit refresh in your browser.

I can't upload an avatar for some reason. I click "Browse" and it does nothing whatsoever.

That's odd... I tested that in IE 6, 7 and firefox 2 in both Linux and Windows and it works...
What browser / OS are you running? Do a help-about and get the exact version number please.
